Jennifer J. Howe has concentrated her practice in litigation primarily in the areas of employment and contested estate, trust and guardianship proceedings for nearly 20 years. She has tried cases in the Federal, Michigan and Illinois courts in the course of her practice and also has represented her clients in various appellate courts, including Michigan and Illinois appeals courts as well as the federal circuits. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Howe has conducted training for employers and assisted numerous companies in Michigan and Illinois with the development of employment policies and procedures, as well as counseling them in the review and investigation of employee complaints, including those of sexual harassment, discrimination and other workplace misconduct.
